Marketing Assistant - Temporary - Part Time

The Musco Marketing team has an opening for a Temporary Marketing Assistant at our Oskaloosa office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

The Marketing Assistant supports the daily operations of Musco’s merchandise and internal supply fulfillment processes, while also providing general assistance to the Marketing department. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, values accuracy and organization, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill Musco merchandise orders, including item selection, packaging, and shipping.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; restock and reorder supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and workspaces for merchandise and materials.
• Fill and process on-demand print orders and ensure timely distribution.
• Support general filing, recordkeeping, and organizational tasks.
• Assist with Marketing projects as needed, such as assembling event or promotional materials.
• Help prepare internal or external marketing mailings and shipments.
• Provide hands-on support for Marketing events or initiatives when applicable.
• Respond to departmental needs and special requests as they arise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
