Essential Criteria:

• Associate's degree in Administration, or prior work experience preferred.
• Proven organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong motivational aptitude
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Sound decision making
• Ability to help move the overall department goals forward
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the Internship program for Application Engineering by providing performance feedback to participants and directing the workload.
• Provide executive administrative support for the director and management team.
• Manage required departmental reports. (Helps determine what reports are required, works with IS for automation, runs, and distributes as required).
• Coordinate Manager Meetings, including agenda, minutes, scheduling, and facilitating in the absence of the Director.
• Organize departmental functions (meetings, training, outings, etc.)
• Serve as a liaison between production and application engineering groups to decide the timing for which projects must be sent to production.
• Reconcile structural billings and coordinate with accounting to code charges.
• Assist with the creation and organization of training materials.
