If you are not a dependent of a current Musco team member, please do not apply. You will not be considered. This program is only for college-enrolled dependents of current Musco team members who want to apply for positions in Muscatine. Applications will be considered and interviewed based on qualifications and availability for work.

It is a long-standing tradition at Musco to fill our temporary summer positions by hiring Musco team members' college-aged dependent children. The Summer Dependent Program was started as a way for team members' children to earn and save money for college expenses. Musco also receives the added benefit of hiring family members who already know quite a bit about the company and our culture!

Note: Dependent children must be enrolled in college for the fall semester before beginning their employment under this program.
