The Musco Operational Sales Team is seeking a Sales Intern to work from our Oskaloosa campus during the Summer of 2025. In this role, you will gain practical experience, learn transferable sales skills, and connect with top-notch sales performers. What you will do as a Sales Intern (paid internship for Summer of 2025)

• Research various territories to understand the current marketplace
• Communicate research findings with the Sales Associate Supervisor and Sales Representatives
• Qualify sales leads through research, cold calling, and other forms of communication
• Assist in the creation of action plans to complete various sales functions
• Travel with Regional Sales Associates and Sales Representatives to learn more about Musco's Sales Approach during actual sales calls and meeting
• Participate in completing light-level tests and light audits
• As a final group project, develop and deliver an in-depth market analysis to the Director of USA Field Sales, Sales Representatives, and other key Sales Team Members

What you need to be successful

• Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Entrepenurialship, Business, Marketing, or other related field
• Proven verbal and written communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while working as a Team
• Detail-orientated with the ability to interact with different personalities
• Willingness to learn from peers and others
• Aptitude to understand and apply technical information
• Desire and ability to travel within the United States and work some evenings

*This is a Musco Sports Lighting internship. However, you will be hired through a temp agency.
