Global Sales Operations Administrative Coordinator

The Musco Global Operations Team is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will focus on working closely with sale leadership and company stakeholders to provide administrative and event support with minimal insturction. What you will do as a Global Sales Operations Administrative Coordinator:

  • Work closely with sales leaders and company stakeholders to provide administrative and operations support with minimal instruction. Take ownership of tasks, independently solve problems, implement creative solutions, and follow through.
  • Proactively plan and manage events including domestic and international sales meetings, and customer and sales rep visits. Prepare agendas and meeting material, coordinate vendors and logistics, transportation, and other event details. Address and solve problems and facilitate communication through the events. Take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Maintain and prepare PowerPoints, spreadsheets, and other reports for sales management team meetings and trainings.
  • Help maintain dev sales Microsoft Teams channel, the SharePoint page and help develop resources and references to support the fields sales team.
  • Create and maintain international tradeshows resources. Support the local offices by creating standard booth material packages for ordering and facilitate booth merchandise shipment. Manage post tradeshow follow up with return on investment analysis, report on their effectiveness, and lead generation.
  • Work with sales operations leaders to track and follow up on sales team requests and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field preferred
  • Two years previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills a must. Creative writing skills a plus.
  • Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Detailed, organized, and results driven with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Exhibits proficiency in computer skills and use of the Musco project management system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Sway, and Word.
  • Understanding of Musco and company business practices
  • Foreign language skills a plus

Other Special Requirements:

  • Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be needed
