Project Manager

Department: Gulf
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Project Manager will assist the Senior Project Manager with client-facing needs and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating product installations, managing contractors, providing technical expertise, and supporting the sales team. The Project Manager must be highly organized, technically proficient, and capable of working independently while fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage product installation from arrival in port through commissioning and project closeout, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor contractors in installation and service best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers and sales teams during the presale phase, addressing applications, installations, and design considerations.

  • Assist the sales team with technical discussions and pricing strategies for turnkey projects.

  • Coordinate and delegate project-specific tasks to contractors and vendors, ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables.

  • Independently represent Musco in global markets while maintaining the company’s values and collaborative team approach.

  • Educate and inform customers and vendors about Musco’s products, services, and solutions.

  • Relay field and project-related updates to internal teams using Musco’s communication systems and tools.

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair construction equipment as needed.

  • Manage warranty claims, field service requests, resource allocation, and maintenance support for end users.

  • Enforce safety standards and operate construction equipment, including aerial lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in construction, lighting, or a related industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of product installation, construction processes, and project coordination.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
