This program is only for college-enrolled dependents of current Musco team members who want to apply for positions in Des Moines. If you are not a dependent of a current Musco team member, please do not apply. Applications will be considered and interviewed based on qualifications and availability for work.

It is a tradition at Musco to fill our summer positions by hiring team member's college-aged dependent children that are enrolled in the fall semester. The summer dependent program was started as a way for team member's children to earn and save money for college expenses. Musco also receives the added benefit of hiring family members who already know quite a bit about the company and our culture!
