Office Assistant - Temporary - Part Time

The Musco team has an opening for a Temporary Office Assistant at our Penn Central Mall office. In this important role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for Musco's Community Development customers, guests, and employees. Successful candidates will possess a strong customer service mentality and a positive "Make it Happen" attitude. This is a part time position with scheduled hours as follows: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-5:00pm. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Essential Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous front desk and multi-line phone system experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience with administrative duties, computers, and Microsoft applications
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and keyboarding skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Work well with others in a team atmosphere
• Must be flexible and possess Musco customer awareness
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to cover Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm is also desired

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer internal and external calls in a courteous and professional manner and route to appropriate individuals
• Welcome and direct visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
• Receive and process outgoing and incoming daily mail and front office faxes
• Coordinate reservations of meeting spaces, and company equipment
• Coordinate & purchase office supplies
