Marketing Data Intern (Fall 2026)

Musco is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Data Intern. The Marketing Data Intern - Videoboards at Musco Sports Lighting, LLC plays a key role in marketing and sales support through the audit and collection of client data. This role will assist in collecting and sorting data from various sources into a single, digestible document for future campaign planning. Essential Criteria:

• Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior pursuing a degree in Business, Data Marketing, Communications, Sport & Rec Management or related field.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver.
• Strong computer skills in standard MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Asana is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze videoboard project records within Asana to collect key project data and ensure information accuracy.
• Extract and compile project details, including client information, project location, board specifications, pricing, and other relevant data points.
• Research and navigate sales documentation to identify, verify, and capture required project information.
• Organize and maintain project data in Excel, ensuring consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve missing or unclear information and support reporting and data management initiatives.
• Part-time availability during standard work hours, Monday – Friday.
• Willingness to work in an in-person office environment in Des Moines.
• Must complete required Musco trainings.
